This young man came to me to look ‘older’. I told his wife (who is a friend of mine haha) that I don’t know if that is completely possible. I mean here I am, a professional photographer who is in the business to make people look younger! haha The poor guy … I didn’t airbrush a thing. And…. he still looks so young and sweet!

Waaaahoooooooooo! Okay so it is no secret how much I LOVE www.oneposhkid.com and www.luckygabi.com Seriously? Their stuff RAWKS! We had the privilege of being present for a gift from Great Western Bank to AAI. Here Cecilia is explaining to Mrs. Anderson how Great Western delegated the money statewide. This gift can pay for 7-10 nights for a woman and/or child to stay safe! That is INCREDIBLE!

Just kidding! Hahah You thought you were gonna see cake and champagne glasses right? Nope! I was coming home from a wedding the other night and I saw this moon. You faithful blog stalkers know how much I LOVE the moon so I had to pull over on the highway to grab a shot. I loved the color and texture of it. Dreamy. Wish I had caught it when it was lower in the sky, but what can I say… ? I was focused on dancing girls, a crying mom and the loveliest most down to earth couple I have seen in ages!

I have been so swamped that it was sooo nice to have a fun antique shopping day with my family today! You really learn to appreciate taking a short break and smelling the fresh air! After my sessions this am, we went Antique shopping (yes, Shell, I KNOW you are super jealous!) and I found yet ANOTHER fabulous chair! I swear I need to stop spending money! Hahah
Well, I CAN’T show you my chair because it has to be picked up later this week, but I CAN show you what I am working on right now. Aside from all the Easter bunny photos, a wedding, my regular clients and seniors, I am surprised I am still alive! Now I am gonna add the Gala to my list of To Do’s!

And my mack daddy camera! hahah I want to kiss it! So I left WPPI and tried to catch an earlier flight. I got one 2 hours earlier and headed to the airport only to find that my flight was delayed an HOUR! At the end of the day… I only got home 30 minutes earlier than I had originally planned! Ugh. I was so bored that I was thinking I was going to fall asleep so I did what I do best! I got up and slapped on my lens and started shooting!
A man traveling on a different plane than me was bold enough to ask me to wake him up before his flight left. I was like uhm… okay! Sure… why not? He told me that he went for a wedding and he was the best man and had not slept in 4 days! ZOINKS!
So I am sitting there and he starts to snore. Mind you I am sitting at the gate with at least 20-30 other professional photographers and this guy had NO idea how rotten we are! I break out Mack Daddy and my cherished 70-200 2.8L and start taking photos! I have flight attendants coming over and telling me there is an AWESOME angle on this side or that side (haha) encouraging me to shoot that killer shot!
Well, I felt bad enough that I will not post the photos of him snoring on my blog, but I thought I would post a different one that I took on here that show less face! Hahahahah!
And that guy? Yeah I woke him up… but he STILL almost missed his flight! DOH!
Weee! Isn’t she pretty? Oh my! She looks just like her momma! I mean hello! Both young ladies during this shoot were missing teeth and they did not want to open theri mouths for a smile. Little stinkers! I don’t mind though because how can you get much cuter than this? I mean really! Isn’t she lovely?

Hahah… Okay so we had to reschedule this a couple times due to sick kiddos and then missed out on Lucky Gabi coming in because they were up with it the night before! ACK! We are praying for the flu to GO AWAY early this year!
So here are a couple of my fine models just from a couple cute shots from this session. We are still trying to get caught up and if you notice our blog is updated and our website is still under construction. But for the first time in two whole glorious years we have updated images and some yummy new things on the site!
I promise by relaunch date in February we will have it all complete. I am still trying to get caught up from Christmas. I can’t believe I shot every single day minus TWO in the month of December! EEEEEEEEEEKS! I promise to be caught up soon!
