Senior Session
SESSION INFO:
Amy Jamieson Photography is proud to offer unique and exciting custom senior sessions in a professional studio setting or outdoors at a location of your choice for your senior portraits. Your personality should shine though in your custom session, because it is what defines YOU!
In studio and outdoor sessions are now available. (Outdoor sessions are best scheduled early in the morning or late afternoon.) Due to the seasonal heat in Arizona it is recommended to schedule Senior Sessions from late September till late March or early April. Feel free to bring your own props. Seniors have used things such as footballs, instruments, and cars. When booking your session, please let me know what you would like to have done.
All print credits may be used for the duration of your print gallery. After your gallery expires, a re-listing fee of $50 is applicable. Please contact us for more information.
CLOTHING TIPS:
These sessions are designed to be as unique as you are. When you schedule your Custom Session, we will discuss clothing options and details regarding your time slot.
It is suggested that you bring at least two items of clothing in addition to the outfit that you wear to the session. Try to compromise with mom and dad with one outfit that they may like and a couple more that please your unique sense of style.
Feel free to bring any sport or activity related jersey(s) and/or your letterman jacket to the session.
Makeup:
Try to wear the same amount of makeup you would wear normally. Wearing more or different colors than you are used to can cause undesirable effects in the photographs. If you have blemishes, don’t worry! We can clean those up after the images are taken directly on the negative or file.

Each photo size is equivalent to a unit or units.
16X20=4 units, 11X14=3 units, 10X13=2 units, 8X10=1 units,
1-5X7=1 unit, 1 4X5=1 unit, 8* wallets=1 unit.
*(Each unit of wallets must be of same pose. No exceptions will be made.) Additional units can be purchased to complete your package.

All images smaller than 8X10 are presented as loose images, with no spraying or mounting available on Brass or Bronze packages. Styrene mounting is standard on 10X13 prints and larger for Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages.
Shipping charges are not necessary if you plan to pick up your images at the studio.
Why Buy a Senior Package???
Skin softening/blemish removal and teeth whitening is INCLUDED for two poses for each package purchased. Each additional pose is only $5. (You can order any size photo from each pose.)
If a package is not purchased there will be an additional charge of $10 per pose ordered and a maximum of $40 for five or more poses ordered.
(The skin softening/blemish removal technique will diminish skin blemishes and even out skin tones and textures.)
Selective coloring in any photo is $3 additional charge (normally $20, YOU SAVE $17!).
Sometimes it is possible to remove braces from an image. If it is possible in your case, it is $7 per pose.
Stray hairs can be removed during the editing process and is included in the cost of all senior packages.
All print credits are available for the length of the online gallery. Your photo credit will expire. Photo credits are typically good for 14 days, but no longer than 90 days. Please contact Amy for more details.

- Why must I set an appointment?
I want to devote 110% of my time and energy on the session. Sometimes sessions can last for a couple hours depending on location and specific desires of the student and parent. - Can you explain the session fee?
The session fee of $100 is a creative fee. It enables me to present a complete color corrected, airbrushed, and professional product to you and your family on a private webfolio. - Why choose Amy Jamieson Photography?
You are paying for a complete photography experience. Custom portraiture is a luxury and the experience creates a lifetime of lasting memories of this important time in your life. From the custom session to your prints, I provide a service unsurpassed by other photographers. Images are quality controlled and printed by a professional lab that maintains color integrity and print quality that is necessary for moments like these. I settle for nothing but the best, why shouldn’t you? - What should I wear?
Where something comfortable and convenient for changing. Bring a couple of outfits and any sports or club outfits that you have. To keep the peace, let mom or dad pick one or two outfits and strike a compromise. - What should I bring?
Bring any prop you would like… anything that tells a story about who you are and what you like to do. Be sure to bring extra makeup for touch ups during the session, a brush or comb, and extra hairspray if necessary. - When will my prints be ready?
Your session takes about 2 weeks for the images to be hosting on the website in your own password protected proofing gallery. It can take up to 2 weeks to receive your images after you have placed your order. Senior sessions are very time intensive due to the custom nature of the session and retouching techniques. - Can you fix my acne? How about flyaway hair? How about braces?
We remove all acne and repair flyaway hair from all images ordered. Please refer to package prices for poses included with this service. Although I do not recommend removing braces from your senior portraits, it can be done. Please refer to the pricing page for details.
