I FINALLY have my blog back up and running. It may take me some time to get into the habit of posting again, but I am so excited to try. I cannot tell you how much I have missed this and I think it will be an uplifting thing for me to maintain. (Let’s hope I keep this momentum!)

This family has SUCH an incredible story and it makes my heart sing to realize how fortunate they are and how awesome God is! I think they should have another one! Two little girls definitely need a little brother to beat up on! Haha. Poor *P* would not wear her costume but I guess it is fitting since it was all *T*’s session technically… haha. This baby makes my ovaries cry out for another baby! She is super sweet and just darn beautiful.
THIS is why we do auctions. We LOVE getting families like this that we adore and absolutely bless our lives!

We had the wonderful opportunity to attend Kids’ Day in Maricopa, AZ on Saturday. It was a lot of work, but a blast! The MPD fingerprinted the children and Amy Jamieson Photography took snapshots of their faces to attach to the fingerprint card to provide a strong document for children that may turn up missing (Let’s pray NOT!) Most of the kiddos are ones we have seen and met in the past, but we were so thankful to see so many new little faces this year as well!
We were so swamped with so many kiddos that we never had a chance to walk around and take pictures like we had intended! But we were so thankful that the clowns… (Not Dr John and May… hehe) came to see us! We loved the little shot we got and how cute are they? The Maricopa Police Department is “responsible” for their shenanigans but in a good way! Sgt Pepper and Goober took the time to teach our children about stranger danger and the importance of staying safe! Such happy guys and REALLY a blessing to Maricopa!
I hope you enjoy their sweet faces as much as the children did!

My friends never lack for portraits of their children! I LOVE to take the time and love with each one of their kiddos and capture their personalities! These two girls just happen to be two of my favorites girls ever, so I have to share! They crack me up every time they come! I *almost* wish all my friends would ONLY have girls! … and EVERYthing nice! Little Miss *A* is a sweetheart! And even though 2 is considered a tough age to take photos… she was a champ! I was shocked and how quick and efficient she was! I mean hello! I got so many images I was up until 4 am editing them one night because I just could not stop! EEESH! I am gonna need a vacation in order to rest up after this season! I love little *A* and her family. Aunt Sam is a keeper and I don’t know HOW mom and dad would survive without each other… SO AWESOME!

A season coming to an end! I know mom has been quoted saying she *almost* wants to have another one JUST so she can keep getting cute photos done! I love them so! They are so precious! These two are movers and shakers. Thank goodness for head swapping abilities! YEAH BABY! Look at my babies!!!!

Okay.. hello… how can you NOT love these boys? This is another special and wonderful family! God has really smiled down and blessed this family with two lovely gorgeous little girls! I was so happy and heartbroken to hear their family story and so excited to see how far they have come! I even learned a few things about a pose we always do! EEEEKS! Thanks… hahahaha

I am sooo excited! I have been swamped trying to edit, shoot and still find time to gut out the studio! THE NEW FLOOR HAS ARRIVED and it is going in as I type! I am sooo excited and I cannot wait to share photos from our new and improved studio.
I am going to start showing sneak peeks again this week. We are starting with a new format to keep it fun and fresh! So the first family is going to be my beloved [R] family. If you do not know this family, it is a darn shame. They are incredible people and I want to keep their children. One of the greatest things about this family is they are related to the [P] family and I could not live without those two sassy boys either! OH MY!
