Meet Amy

amy-copy-sm

I have always had a love for photography. It started in high school where I learned to make a camera out of an old Quaker Oats container and develop my own photos on equipment as old as my grandfather.

Since I was bit by the photography ‘bug’, I have worked hard to improve my skill and expertise. Over the years spending a fortune on film and prints (and swearing I would never go digital) I switched to digital and started a studio based here in Phoenix.  I shoot on location, in your home, and in studio.  I offer a wide range of services for schools, families, individuals and seniors.

I thought after my education ended, my business could begin.  But boy was I wrong!  Every month I spend time and money attending seminars and classes on how to continue to be up to date on the latest techniques.  You can be sure I am doing all that I can to bring you the coolest and newest techniques and skill!  Oh and did I mention I love to learn more every day!?!!?

Being a mother of three, I enjoy watching children learn and play in their environment, and I try to incorporate that natural environment into your session.

Feel free to browse my blog frequently as the portfolio pictures and information changes. You will see that I incorporate my talent and creative touches into classic portraiture for a style that is uniquely my own. So come and join me where memories are meant to last a lifetime…
